The agreement between you and QuantStack for using the website and licensing our NinjaTrader strategies.

By using quantstackai.com, subscribing to the QuantStack Bundle, or activating a QuantStack strategy in NinjaTrader 8, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the site or the software.
QuantStack provides compiled, license-gated NinjaScript Add-Ons ("Strategies") for use with the NinjaTrader 8 platform, distributed through a subscription. Access to each Strategy is controlled by a license key bound to a single machine, validated by our licensing servers.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to subscribe. You're responsible for the accuracy of the email address on file — it's how we deliver license keys, downloads, and sign-in links — and for anything that happens through your account.
The QuantStack Bundle is billed as a recurring monthly subscription through our payment processor, Stripe, at the price shown on the pricing page at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. We may change subscription pricing going forward; if we do, we'll give notice before it applies to your next renewal.
You can cancel anytime from your account page or by emailing support@quantstackai.com. Cancelling stops future billing and deactivates all license keys issued under your subscription immediately — Strategies tied to a deactivated key will stop trading. There's no partial-month proration; cancelling doesn't retroactively refund the current billing period.
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable, including for partial periods or unused time after cancellation. If something went wrong on our end — a billing error, a Strategy that failed to activate, or similar — email support and we'll make it right on a case-by-case basis.
While your subscription is active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run each Strategy on one machine at a time, for your own trading use. You may not:
Moving to a new machine requires a license transfer — reach out to support and we'll move it for you.
QuantStack and its strategy logic, source code, compiled binaries, documentation, and branding are our property (or licensed to us). Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of it to you — you're licensed to run the compiled Strategies under Section 7, nothing more.
QuantStack is not a registered investment advisor, commodity trading advisor, or broker-dealer, and nothing on this site or in a Strategy constitutes investment advice or a solicitation to trade. Trading futures and forex involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Backtested and simulated performance results shown on this site have inherent limitations — they're prepared with the benefit of hindsight and do not represent actual trading or guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, risk management, and compliance with your broker's and any prop firm's rules.
Running a Strategy requires NinjaTrader 8 and a brokerage or evaluation account, neither of which we operate. We're not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of NinjaTrader, your broker, or any other third-party platform. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms.
The site and the Strategies are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that a Strategy will be profitable, error-free, or uninterrupted, or that our licensing servers will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantStack won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or trading losses — arising from your use of the site or a Strategy. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or revoke your license keys and access to the service if you violate these Terms, misuse the licensing system, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior — with or without notice, depending on severity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
